How to become a member?

• 1. Attend PMES
• 2. Requirements:
  
  • Submit duly filled out and signed membership form. Download Membership Application Form
  • Barangay Certificate
  • Photocopy of Valid ID (TIN number is a must)
  • 1pc 1x1 picture
  • 1pc 2x2 picture
• 3. Must be referred by an old member signifying the applicants identity.
• 4. Pay the required fees for the following type of member;
  
  • 1. 1,500php Associate Member
  • 2. 7,500php Regular Member
  • 3. Affiliate Member
